Frank was born November 22, 1935 in Morton, Mississippi to his parents Clarence and Ruby Lee (Bates) Waltman. Frank was raised in Leesburg, Mississippi spending his adult life in Elgin, Oklahoma from 1967 – 2016. He has resided in Sayre, Oklahoma since 2016. Frank and Miss Peggy Norrell were married September 16, 1960 in Burkburnett, Texas. Frank served his country faithfully in the United States Army. He had many hobbies including flying remote-control airplanes, fishing, and attending car shows. He was also proud of being a member of the antique tractor club.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother: Buster Waltman and 1 sister: Louise Huffman.
Frank is survived by his wife Peggy Waltman of 58 years of the home, 1 son: Bob and wife Kim Waltman of Chickasha, Oklahoma, 2 daughters: Robin and husband Lonnie Risenhoover of Sayre, Oklahoma and Lisa and husband Phillip McCracken of Bryan, Texas, 10 grandchildren: Melissa Lester, Andy Waltman, Wally Bartlett, Mindy Renison, Sharie Stewart, Krystal Clements, Shelbie Bayer, Lacey Richards, Peyton McCracken, Londa Barker, 20 great grandchildren as well as a host of longtime friends.
