Judith Lowry Rose was born June 11, 1926 in Shamrock, Texas to
Faye Ethel
and James Floyd Canady. She passed away December 31, 2015 at Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma at the age of 89 years, 6 months and 20 days.
Judith grew up and attended schools in Sayre, Oklahoma. After leaving
school she obtained employment at the nursing home in Cordell, Oklahoma and
was married to Roy Lowry. After they married they lived in Sayre for a
short time before moving to Cordell where she continued to work as a nurse
at the nursing center. After Roy's passing, she was later married to
William Rose and together they remained in the Cordell area and Judith
continued to work. Upon William's passing she was married to Wayne Lowry
and they made their home in the Canute area where Judith was a homemaker
and enjoyed dancing and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, 1 son, 2 brothers and
2 sisters.
She is survived by her step son, Donnie Lowry, Canute, OK; 2 sisters, Mary
Louise Carlisle and husband, Alvin, Elk City, OK and Mary Alice Byman and
husband, Sammy, Haskel, OK and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives
and friends.
