Norma Jean Cook of Crescent, Oklahoma passed away on November 18, 2018 in Bethany, Oklahoma.

She was born on October 11, 1930 in Mayfield, Oklahoma to George and Elsie (Alexander) Kerr. Norma attended High school in Sweetwater, Texas. She married John Wilson, Sr. on September 22, 1949, he preceded her in death in 1974 and later married Jim Cook who also preceded her in death in 2013. Norma was a member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas. She had lived in Crescent about a year where she attended the First Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening and fishing.

Survivors include her children Jeanette Hooper and husband Vic of Crescent, OK, John Wilson and wife Pam of Dawn, TX, Tom Cook and wife Karen of Athens, TX and Vicky Cook of Sapulpa, OK. She is also survived by her brother Ed Kerr of Amarillo, TX and was "Momo" to 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Wilson, Sr.,  husband Jim Cook, 1 brother, 2 sisters, 1 step-son and 1 step daughter.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Sayre-Doxy Cemetery in Sayre, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
