Kathy was born February 27, 1958 in Bagdad, Arizona to her parents Laron and Florence (Kemple) Carter. Kathy has resided in the Sayre area since 1981. She was a loving sister assisting and caring for her 2 sisters with handicaps. She always stayed busy with the care of her home, sewing and gardening. She will be loved and greatly missed.
Preceding Kathy in death include her parents, 2 nieces: Tonya Bound and Donna Carter.
Kathy will be survived by her 5 sisters: Ann Baker of Martinsburg, WV, Shirley Bound of Sayre, OK, Karon and Janetta Carter of the home, Connie Shouse of Caldwell, ID; 1 brother: Larry Carter of Sayre, OK as well as a host of other relatives and longtime friends.
Memorial Services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Sayre, OK with Pastor Peter Parker officiating. Services are under the direction of Rose Chapel, Sayre, Oklahoma
