Bill Sims was born July 11, 1940 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Mercede Marietha (Barnard) and William Benjamin Sims. He passed away June 4, 2018 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years, 10 months and 24 days.
Bill attended school in Cheyenne and then the family moved to Sayre, Oklahoma where he began working for Gerald Bibb Construction. He was married to Delila Crawford on February 6, 1960 in Carter, Oklahoma. They made Sayre their home and Bill began working for Sayre Public Schools. During this time they had a paper route for the Sayre Headlight. Bill was an avid fisherman.Visitation
