Linda Holland was born March 15, 1958 in Dumas, Texas to Juanita and J. D. Barber. She passed away February 25, 2017 at her home near Sweetwater, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 11 months and 10 days.
Linda grew up in Dumas and also lived in Beaumont and Hart, Texas. It was in Dumas where she met Dean Holland and they were married at Sweetwater, OK on February 16, 1985. They lived in the Texas panhandle for several years until moving to Sweetwater to make their home. Linda was a caregiver, housewife and mother to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a twin sister, Glenda.
She is survived by her husband, Dean, of the home; her children, Donnie Fry and wife, Nikki, Amarillo, TX; Keith Holland and wife, Ashley, Sweetwater, OK; her grandchildren, Caleb, Dylan, Lance, Emily, Ruby, and Payton, 2 stepdaughters, Stacie Holland, Perkins, OK, and Lorie Gale and husband, Bill, Stillwater, OK; her step grandchildren, Dustie, Ashton, Treas, Toni, 2 step great grandchildren; 1 sister, Brenda McKanna, Dumas, TX; 2 brothers, Randy Barber, Gonzales, LA, and Larry Barber, Fritch, TX; a brother-in-law, Eddie Holland and wife, Wendy, Elk City, OK, and a host of other relatives, and friends.
