Elizabeth MaryAnn Hall has changed her address to her forever home. She now resides with Jesus in glory, basking in the light of His love. There is no more pain, no more Alzheimer's, no more hospitals, no more toil -- only rest and praise and joy.

Elizabeth MaryAnn Adamovich was born August 4, 1928 in Johnstown, New York to Martha and Stephen Adamovich. She was one of seven children and was preceded in death by all but one sister, Jeannette Van Pelt of Gloversville, NY. She slipped away from us, quietly and peacefully on October 5, 2014 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years 2 months and 1 day.

She was married to Erwin Walter "Buddy" Hall at Port Neches, TX on April 18, 1952, who preceded her in death on October 12, 2012. They established their home in Port Neches where Buddy worked as an accountant while Betty served the marriage as a homemaker, mother and Den Mother to her son Michael's Cub Scout Troup. She also was extremely active at First Baptist Church, Port Neches, TX, where she served as a leader in Girls' Ambassadors, Women's Missionary Union, a Sunday School teacher for both children and her adult class. She was active in the Women's Auxiliary at Mid-Jefferson County Hospital in Nederland, Tx. She worked at West's Dept. Store in Port Neches and also worked as a lens fitter at Roger Brothers Enterprises in Beaumont, TX.

While Betty's children attended college she attended Lamar University in Beaumont, TX where she was a consistently good student, making the Dean's List and maintaining a GPA sufficiently high enough to warrant an invitation to Phi Beta Kappa.

Betty and Buddy moved back to the homestead in the Bulo Community in 1981, where she became active at Lone Oak Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Bulo Community Extension Homemakers and was an excellent seamstress and dress maker.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Erwin "Buddy" Hall; daughter-in-law, Debra Jane Hall; sisters, Martha Gomulka, Madeleine Bland, Mary Frederick; 2 brothers, Thomas and Robert Adamovich.

She is survived by son, Michael Paul Hall, Sweetwater, OK; her daughter, Christine Hall Laughlin and husband, Dr. Paul Laughlin, Grayson, GA; 4 grandchildren, Aaron Hall, Rebecca Hall, Mary Hall Robison and Seth Laughlin, 4 great grandchildren, 1 sister, Jeanette Van Pelt, Gloversville, NY; various nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
