BORN:    FEBRUARY 9, 1933 AT CHECOTAH, OK TO WILLIAM TOLBERT AND VIRGINIA (REDD) WAGGONER.
 
PASSED AWAY:   FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 1995 AT ATOKA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
AGE:   62 YEARS    7   MONTHS  AND    6   DAYS.
 
EDUCATION:     ATTENDED TELLICO SCHOOL.
 
MARRIED:   NEVER MARRIED.
 
OCCUPATION:    CARPENTER, RETIRED.
 
CHURCH AFFILIATION: 
 
FRED ENLISTED INTO THE U. S. ARMY AT THE AGE OF 15.  HE SERVED HIS COUNTRY IN THE KOREAN WAR AS MORTAR EXPERT. HE WAS AWARDED THE PURPLE HEART AND MANY OTHER COMMENDATIONS. HE SERVED JUST SHY OF 8 YEARS AND WAS A DISABLED VETERAN.
