BORN:    JANUARY 1, 1959 AT ATOKA, OK TO EUGENE AND GLADYS CHRISTIAN (HOWARD) GIBSON.
 
PASSED AWAY:   SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1995 AT ATOKA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
AGE:   36 YEARS   8  MONTHS  AND    1 DAY.
 
EDUCATION:   ATTENDED ATOKA COUNTY SCHOOLS.
 
MARRIED:     VICKIE LYNN WELCH ON JANUARY 3, 1977 AT ATOKA.
 
OCCUPATION:    RICK WAS A CERTIFIED WELDER, A MEMBER OF THE MAC'S CERTIFIED A.C. SPECIALISTS, HE WORKED 20 YEARS AS A DIESEL MECHANIC AND HE WAS EMPLOYED 7 1/2 YEARS WITH ALLEN LUMBER AND GRAIN COMPANY, RESIGNING RECENTLY TO OPEN HIS OWN 24-HOUR ROAD SERVICE DOING MAJOR AND MINOR DIESEL REPAIR.
 
CHURCH AFFILIATION:    MEMBER OF DAYSPRING CHURCH.
 
RICK served IN THE U. S. NATIONAL GUARD FOR 6 YEARS.
 
HE WAS A GREAT FATHER, LOVING HUSBAND AND FAMILY MAN.  A HARD WORKER AND HONEST MAN.

SONS:    RICKEY DUSTIN AND RYAN ELLIOTT GIBSON OF THE HOME.

SISTER:    CAROLYN FORD AND HUSBAND LONNIE OF ATOKA, OK.
 
BROTHERS:    ROBIN SMITH OF ATOKA, OK.
                           ROGER RAINS AND WIFE DEBBIE OF ATOKA, OK.
                           WENDELL SMITH AND WIFE SHARON OF ATOKA, OK.
