Raylene Denise (Hodge) Harvey, age 56, passed away on October 9, 2021.

She was born on May 2, 1965 to Jimmy and Royce Hodge in Durant, Oklahoma. Raylene attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in pursuit of her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She was employed by Choctaw Nation for the last 18 years as an accountant. Raylene accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and worshipped at Blue River Fellowship Church. Raylene loved time spent with her family. She was also a foster parent to many and enjoyed reading in her free time.

She is preceded in death by her mother Royce Alberta Hodge and her step- daughter Corey Harvey.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Vernest James Harvey Sr. of Durant, OK. Her daughters Amanda Renae Crow of Seagoville, TX, Alicia Michelle Crow of Sand Springs, OK, and Brittney Rea Davis and her husband Daniel of Bartlesville, OK. Her son Ronald Dee Harvey of Durant, OK. and stepson Vernest James Harvey Jr. and wife Madalyn of Denison, TX. Her Father Jimmy Ray Hodge of Caddo, OK. Her sister Shirley Elaine Vandenburg and husband Don of Caddo, OK. Brothers Jimmy Dewayne Hodge and wife Melinda of Durant, OK, David Stanley Hodge and wife Carol of Caddo, OK, Keven Doyle Hodge and wife Belva of Durant, OK, Charles Leland Hodge and wife Sheri of Denison, TX and Rex Iran Hodge and wife Jeffri of Caddo, OK. As well as her ten beloved grandchildren, also her many nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are Dewayne Hodge, David Hodge, Keven Hodge, Charles Hodge, Rex Hodge, Brian Hodge, Don Vandenburg, Daniel Davis, Brandon Rome, and Abraham Gonzalez.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, October 15, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel with burial to follow at High Hill Cemetery in Atoka County Oklahoma.

The family will be gathering for a family hour on Friday evening at 7:00 PM, please reach out to them for the location to attend.
