Ray Noel Winfield, age 86, an Enid, OK resident. He was born on Tuesday, November 15, 1938, to Marion Hugh and Dapalean (Caywood) Winfield, at Hanford, CA. Ray passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Enid, OK. He attended Hanford Public Schools in Hanford, CA. Ray was a Truck Driver. He married Dixie Illene (Brooks) in 1956; of this marriage 6 children were born. Ray married Billye (Cooke) on Thursday, June 10th, 1982 at Las Vegas, Nevada; they enjoyed 32 years together before her passing in 2014. Ray was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed riding horses and fishing. Ray was an avid reader. Ray is survived by his children, Rebekah Basu and husband Raj of Tulsa, OK, Tim Winfield and wife Debbie of Enid, OK, Rhea Moncure of Tulsa, OK, Paula Hunsaker of Tulsa, OK, Monya Hamilton and husband Duane of Broken Arrow, OK, Jerry Cedrone and wife Susie of Wichita Falls, TX; along with numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and host of friends. Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Billye (Cooke) Winfield; parents, Marion Hugh and Dapalean (Caywood) Winfield; daughter, Kerry Dawn Winfield; all of his siblings.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Laura L. Miller and husband Tomie of Atoka, OK; son, Todd Brown of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Devon Brown of Durant, OK, Cheyenne Axsom of Tishomingo, OK, Grayson Axsom of Atoka, OK; siblings, Jack L. Stephens of Florida, Sandy L. Powers of Durant, OK, Mike Stephens of Mead, OK; 2 special children in her life, Brandi Kirkman of Franklin, IN, Baylin Wood of Tishomingo, OK; aunt, Betty Sparks of Cordell, OK; father of her children, Eddie Brown and current wife Dawn of Atoka, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Donna Louise (McClung) Stephens; sister, Lana Jean Kroft; son in law, Chad Ford Axsom; step dad, James "Bud" Atkinson; brother in law, Dan Powers; beloved fur babies, Maggie, Mitzie, Sylvester, Thelma plus many more; along with numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
