Angela Beth "Angie" (Allen) Rector

Angela Beth (Allen) Rector, a lifelong resident of Atoka, OK, was born August 20, 1976, to Phillip Monroe and Pamela Jo (Howard) Allen, at Sherman, TX. She left this world on Sunday, September 22, 2019, in Durant, OK at the age of 43.

Angie was married to Justin Rector on January 30, 1998. She had three children, Austin Rector, Atoka, OK; Aubrey Rector, Atoka, OK; and London Luck, Atoka, OK who she was crazy about. She loved to ride the Honda ATV, enjoy the wildlife, and look for arrowheads with her girls.               

Angie graduated Atoka High School in 1994, where she was active in student government, cheerleading, choir, cosmetology, and other various activities; she was always the life of the party, and was voted Homecoming Queen her Senior year. Angie loved to laugh, and infected all who knew her with her contagious smile and laughter. The beauty of her smile, reached far beyond, as Angie had a heart of gold. She loved both people and her animals, and no stray of any species had to worry about whether she would show them love. Angie was friends with everyone she met, and everyone loved her, instantly. Whether belting out karaoke or laughing until she cried, Angie lived life with a passion like no other.

               
Along with her parents Phillip and Pam Allen; children, Austin Rector, Aubrey Rector, London Luck; Angie leaves behind a brother, Palo Allen and his children, Paige and Layne Allen, all of Atoka, OK; and maternal grandmother, Patricia Baughman, also of Atoka, OK.

Angie was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Kenneth Howard; and paternal grandparents, Monroe and Vinita Allen.               

Services to celebrate the life of Angie will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 26 2019 at First Baptist Church, where she was a member. Officiating will be Bro Chance Dodd and Bro Raymond Humphrey.

Her final place of rest will be at Green Meadows Cemetery, in Atoka, OK. Family Night will be Wednesday, September 25 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Casketbearers will be Layne Allen, Cal Howard, Dalton Howard, Brandon Ishmael, and Brian Ishmael.  Honorary Casketbearers will be Tanisha Jackson, Christie Kennedy, Natalie Stanley, Nikki Eifler, Sheena Mansell, Greg Yarbrough, and Marty Deaton.
