PASSED AWAY: Jason passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Skiatook, OK.

AGE: 34 years, 2 months and 12 days.

EDUCATION: He attended and graduated from Atoka High School.

OCCUPATION: Jason worked in cement in the construction business.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Jason attended Church of Christ. He enjoyed roping.
