Edward “Dean” Allen, age 75, an Atoka, Ok. resident, He was
born on Monday, September 7, 1936, to Leo and Eula Agnes (Mansell) Allen, at
Atoka, Ok. Dean passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Atoka, Ok. He
attended Atoka School. Dean was a farmer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and
gardening.
Dean is survived by his siblings, Wallace “Cotton” Allen of Atoka, Ok., Jim
Dwight Allen and wife Pat of Atoka, Ok., Sarah Sue (Allen) Hart and husband
Carrell of Tulsa, Ok., Carol Jean (Allen) Baker and husband Ed of Moore, Ok.;
special great niece, Heather Rose Wyrick of Atoka, Ok.; special great nephew,
Jared Clay Wyrick of Atoka, Ok.; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins,
other relatives, and many friends.
Dean was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Eula Agnes (Mansell) Allen;
siblings, Ruth Lee (Allen) Hairrel, Mildred Ellen Allen, and Leo Allen Jr.;
brother-in-law, Joe Hairrel; sisters-in-law, Sue Ann Allen and Wanda Lee Allen.
