He attended Atoka High
School.
Clifford was a Rancher. Clifford proudly served his country in the
Army. In 1945 he served on a ship off the coast of Japan. Then
served as part of the occupation force in Japan.
He married Lois Alene (Yates) on Saturday, April 12th, 1952 at
Denison, TX. They had been happily married for 67 years. Clifford
attended Harmony Baptist Church. He enjoyed working, ranching,
checking on the cattle, gardening, and spending time with his
grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Clifford is survived by his wife, Lois Alene Cochran of the home;
daughters, Teresa Sutton and husband Davey of Atoka, OK, Toni Brown
and special friend David Barton of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Jody
Goodson and wife Shanis of Farris, OK, Brandie Barton and husband
Keith of McKinney, TX, James Sutton and wife Cari of Atoka, OK;
great grandchildren, Bryanna Barton of McKinney, TX, Caden Goodson
of Farris, OK, Connor Sutton of Atoka, OK, Jillian Sutton of Atoka,
OK, Journey Sutton, Atoka, OK; brothers, Clyde Cochran of Atoka ,OK
and Ed Cochran of Royal City, WA; along with nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
Clifford is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Maude
Elizabeth (Ripley) Cochran and brothers, James Dale Cochran and
Kenneth Cochran.
