Willie Charles Ragsdale, age 88, a longtime Crystal, OK resident. He was born on Sunday, March 8, 1936, to Walter Eugene and Eliza Ann (Garrard) Ragsdale, at Bennington, OK. Willie passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 in Farmersville, TX. He graduated from Bennington High School and went on to attend college. Willie was a grocery store manager. Willie proudly served his country in The Army. He married Shirley May Ragsdale in 1962 who preceded him in death. He later married Ramona Ragsdale in 2005 and she preceded him in death in 2024. Willie was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, watching game show reruns, westerns and loved all his brothers, sisters and relatives.
Willie is survived by his sons, William Ragsdale and wife Angelia of Nevada, TX, Mark Ragsdale and wife Pam of Mesquite, TX; grandchildren, Dustin Ragsdale and wife Elizabeth of Nevada, TX, Lance Ragsdale of Nevada, TX, Pamela Ragsdale of Nevada, TX, Teddy Ragsdale of Nevada, TX, Meghan Ragsdale of Houston, TX, Alyssa Cardenas of Mesquite, TX, Anthony Calderon of Mesquite, TX, Ashley Blanco of Mesquite, TX; great grandson, Ryan Ragsdale of Nevada, TX; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Eliza Ragsdale; wives, Shirley May Ragsdale, Ramona; daughter, Pamela Ragsdale; granddaughters, Miranda Ragsdale, Lori Ragsdale; siblings, George, Ethel, Pauline, Sue, Lily, George Ann, Audie, Eugene.
