Funeral Services for Mrs. Syble Needham, 87, of Coleman, Oklahoma will be
held on Friday, February 28th,2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Folsom Free Will Baptist
Church with Brother Earl White officiating, assisted by Brother Randy Tadlock.
Interment will follow in the Center Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Needham passed away on
February 24th, 2014 at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma in Durant.
Syble was born on July 21st, 1926 in Coleman to Cass Dean and Alice (Chapman)
Dean. She attended school at Eli and was a lifelong resident of Johnston County.
She married Harry "Buddy" Needham, Jr. on June 3rd, 1942 in Wapanucka, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Needham had worked for several years as a seamstress for Dee's
Manufacturing in Tishomingo and for the last few years was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on April 3rd, 2006; four
brothers, Aubrey, Horace Elmer and Dennis; and three sisters, Ruby, Violet and
Dorothy.
Mrs. Needham is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Barbara & Dwain Dennis;
two sons & daughters-in-law, Ronald & Carolyn Needham and Randy & Deborah
Needham, all of Coleman; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren;
three brothers, Oscar & Clinton Dean of Coleman and Joe Dean of Oklahoma City;
her sister, Della Collins of Coleman; other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers for the service will be: Scott Dennis, Bradley Needham, Chris
Palmer, Joey Collins, Garvin Gray and Jonathan Smith. Honorary Bears will be:
Jimmy Collins, Doug Collins and Eldon Pugh.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7-8 pm at the funeral
home
