Earl O'Neal Allen, age 83, a longtime Lane, OK resident.
BORN: He was born on Tuesday, March 01, 1932, to William and Bessie Elizabeth (Gaylor)
Allen, at Oologah, OK.
PASSED AWAY: Earl passed from this life and went to join his heavenly father on
Friday, October 2, 2015 at Lane, OK.
AGE: 83 years, 7 months and 1 day.
EDUCATION: He graduated from High School in Glendale, OR and attended
Southeastern Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in
Math & Science.
OCCUPATION: Earl had many occupations. He was a math teacher in California and
then taught math in Atoka Public Schools for many years. He then changed
professions and went to work for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Earl
was very successful in his job with the correctional facilities. He was warden
at both McCloud and Mack Alford Correctional Centers. Earl was instrumental in
facilitating many beneficial and innovative programs during his term as warden
at McCloud Correctional Facility. After Earl’s retirement he kept busy growing
an outlandish garden with his son in law and providing all his children and
grandchildren with vegetables throughout the summer. He liked to build and was
quite a handy man. He built something special by hand for each of his own kids
and his grandchildren.
MILITARY: Earl proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War.
MARRIED: He married Bobbie Rochella (Nichols) on July 5, 1951 in Reno, NV, they
had 64 wonderful years together.
CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Earl was a Mason, member of
the Lions Club, and Harmony Baptist . Earl enjoyed raising fish, panning for
gold, deer hunting, building, and gardening.

WIFE: Bobbie Rochella Allen of the home in Lane, OK.
DAUGHTERS: Pamala Elaine Barrett and husband Lee of Ardmore, OK
Vikki Cheryl Vacca of Sherman, TX.
Terri Lynn Howard of Atoka, OK.
SON: Ricky Don Allen and wife Joan of Lane, OK.
GRANDCHILDREN: Anthony Lee Barrett and wife Amy of Tulsa, OK.
Carlee Annette Turrentine and husband Steve of Atoka, OK.
Amanda Rechele Villarreal and husband Miguel of Burns Flat, OK.
Bradley Allen Barrett and wife Sasha of Ardmore, OK.
Brooke Michelle Howard and significant other Levi Bolgrien of Coalgate, OK.
Heather Rochelle Lucas and husband Steven of Plano, TX.
Jennifer Christine Ham and husband Bounty of Trinadad, TX.
Rachel Inez Allen of Gulf Port, MS.
Shonda Okazaki of Barrington, IL.
11 Great Grandchildren
SISTER: Jane Mohline and husband Dick of Silo Springs, AR.
Many Nephews, Nieces, cousins and many dear friends.
