Boggy Depot Cemetery Atoka, Atoka County, Oklahoma
J B Taylor died Sunday, 16 Sept 2001 at Veterans
Hospital in Oklahoma City. Born at Boggy Depot on 6, 1921, he was the son
of Perry Conrath Taylor and Lillie Ellen Kelley Taylor. He was a resident
of Wilson and a member of the Wilson Baptist Church, a farmer and rancher,
having retired from Sooner Oil Company.
A veteran of the Army, serving during World War II and
also a member of the Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign
Wars.At the time of his death, he was married to Margadell
Courtney on 18 June 1962 at Sherman, Texas.
Preceding him in Death were his mother, Lillie Ellen
Kelley, his father, Perry Conrath Taylor and one sister, Mary Ellen Taylor
and a brother, Thurman Taylor.
Survivors include his wife, Margadell Courtney Taylor,
three daughters, Yvonne , Geraldine, and Deborah plus grandchildren, great
grandchildren and a host of other family members.
