Mass of Christian Burial for Jerry Severin, 79 of Goltry, will be Friday, March 11, 2022 at 10:00 am in St. Michael's Catholic Church with Reverend Mark Mason celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery, Goltry under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home, Enid.

Gerald was born September 24, 1942 in Enid, Oklahoma to Joseph and Eva Pecha Severin and died March 4, 2022 in Enid.

Jerry grew up on the family farm south of Goltry and graduated from Goltry High School in 1960. He then served in the U.S. Army National Guard. Following his discharge, Jerry married Grace Stonehocker on May 12, 1970 in St. Michael's Catholic Church. They made their home on the farm. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Jerry worked as a contract pumper from 1977 until 2012 and farmed all of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Grace; children, Joey Severin and Sandy Severin (Chris McDade); 3 grandchildren, Lacy Tarrant, Cameron McDade, Kelsey McDade; other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
