Pleasant View Cemetery is located in NE 1/4 Section 5 Township 25N Range 9W in Alfalfa County. From State Route 64 in Jet, go .8 miles north on State Highway 38; from State Highway 11, go 15 miles south on State Route 38; cemetery is located on the southwest corner of Dewey Road and State Route 38.

The following used with permission, Cherokee Strip Volunteer League, "Alfalfa County Oklahoma Cemeteries": The flagpole located in the cemetery shows "Pleasant View Cemetery established 1907". The sign on the east fence indicates Pleasant View Cemetery was founded by the Oddfellows and Woodman Lodge. Jet was located northeast of the present site and many early day settlers used the Thrall Cemetery until Pleasant View was opened. The view of the Salt Plains from the cemetery is beautiful.
