BEVERLY J. DEVORE
Funeral services for Beverly J. DeVore, age 69, of Enid, OK. will be 1 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2006, at the Oakwood Christian Church. Rev. Michael Frisbie will officiate. Burial will follow at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Jet, OK. Arrangements made by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
She was born February 5, 1937, in Douglas, OK to Homer E. and Ruth Weldon Cox and died February 20, 2006, at her home.
She graduated from Enid High School in 1955. She and Robert Ray DeVore were married October 24, 1955. She was a trust secretary for Team Bank in Fort Worth, TX. She was a member of the Uplifters Sunday School Class at the Oakwood Christian Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Raeann Hunt and husband, David of Enid, OK.; son, Daryl DeVore and wife, Belinda of Amorita, OK; father, Homer E. Cox of Enid, OK.; brother Dwayne D. Cox and wife, Virginia of Tulsa, OK; sister, Barbara and husband, John Booze of Enid, OK.; four grandchildren, Jessica Trekell, Justin Hunt, Austin DeVore, and Chad DeVore.
She was preceded in death by her husband and mother.
Memorials may be made to the Nescatunga Fire Depratment with the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home as custodian of the funds.
