Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Aline


January 02, 1942 - February 26, 2006

A graveside service for Roberta Lee Keltch, 64, of Cleo Springs, OK. will be 11 a.m. Friday in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery southwest of Aline, OK. The Rev. Len Coulter will officiate. Arrangements are by Wentworth Mortuary, Carmen, OK. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She was born Jan. 2, 1942, in Hopeton, OK. to Carrol and Erma Cropp Townsend and died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2006, in south Texas, where they were wintering.

She attended one year at Oklahoma School for the Blind, and graduated from Alva High School. She married Dero Lee Keltch Sept. 5, 1965, in Alva, OK. They made their home southwest of Aline. She was a member of Elm Flat Christian Church.

Surviving are her husband, Dero of the home; two daughters, Ginger Morrison and June Beckwith, and one son, David Lee Keltch, all of Cleo Springs, OK.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to help with family expenses.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Aline, with Bobby Hall officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wentworth Mortuary LLC of Carmen.

Dero Lee Keltch, son of the late George Franklin and Neva Emma (Wren) Keltch, was born January 8, 1933, at Enid, and passed away March 26, 2021, at his daughter's home at the age of 88.

Dero worked for the railroad as a heavy equipment operator and lived in many places. He was a member of the Christ Community Church in Enid.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Lula and Roberta; three siblings, Elza Keltch, Tom Keltch and Treva Martin; and one son-in-law, Larry Beckwith.

Dero is survived by his children, Ginger Morrison and husband Jerry of Cleo Springs, David Keltch and wife Regina of Aline, June Beckwith of Cleo Springs; 11 grandchildren, Jerry Morrison Jr. and wife Hollie of Cleo Springs, Regina Morrison of Cleo Springs, Daniel Morrison and wife Tina of Okeene, Keidra Sadler and husband Mike of Cherokee, Frank Keltch of Aline, Jesse Keltch and wife Megan of Cleo Springs, Carie Keith and husband Joe of Orlando, Randy Beckwith and wife Mandy of Orlando, Rachel Nightengale and husband Brandon of Cleo Springs, Stacy Zeno of Mustang, and Teresa Karcher and husband Levi of Perry; 30 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the mortuary to the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
