July 04, 1940 - August 02, 2018

The funeral service for Buddie Hughie Harmon, 78 year-old Enid resident, will be 10:00AM Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Ray Rose will officiate. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, west of Aline. Services are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Buddie was born July 4, 1940 in Cleo Springs, Oklahoma to Claud and Clara (Stevens) Harmon and died Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Enid. He attended Cleo Schools, graduating with the class of 1958.

On September 15, 1963, he married Jo Ann Mabra in Clinton, OK. The couple moved to Enid in 1977 where Buddie worked at the Enid State School for many years. He was a member of Garriott Road Church of Christ. He was also a member of the Enid Senior Center.

Buddie liked to play card games and visit with friends. He never met a stranger.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann of Enid; brother, Bobbie Harmon and wife, Peggy of Sun City, AZ and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Freddie and Billie; and one sister, Mattie Wilcox.

Memorials may be given to Garriott Road Church of Christ through Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
