Evelyn Ruth Work
Evelyn Ruth Work, 94, Carmen, Oklahoma, was born February 8, 1914, near Hunter, Oklahoma, to Walter and Lena (Schultz) Thomas. She died November 13, 2008, at Enid, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2008, at the Carmen Christian Church.
Burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Wentworth Mortuary, LLC of Carmen. She was married to Robert Linn Work who preceded her in death. Survivors include three children, six grandchildren, and one great grandson.
