The graveside service for Lawrence Thomas Crow, 78, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, in Maple Grove Cemetery, south of Cherokee. The Rev. Gary Eastin will officiate. Arrangements are by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. Family visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
He was born Nov. 17, 1931, in Cherokee to Dewey William and Daisy Florence Curtis Crow and died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at his home.
He was raised in Cherokee and Fairview, moving to Enid in 1950. He worked at Enid Zoo and later worked in maintenance at George E. Failing Co. for 25 years, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Sabrina Lynn Stout of the home and Ladonna Wilson of Tulsa; three sons, Dewey Crow of Enid, John Crow of Hooker and Rex Crow of Nevada; four sisters, Viola Azbill of Cherokee, Reola Lohmann of Alva and Leona Lynn and Wanda Pester, both of Fairview; two brothers, Raymond Crow of Enid and Wally Crow of Alva; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter and one brother.
