Goltry – Funeral services for Earnest Dean Unruh, 34, will be at 2 PM Wednesday in the Nazarene Church in Helena with the Rev. Loy Watson of Enid officiating.
Unruh will be buried in the Koroma Cemetery at Goltry. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kenny Lanman Funeral Home of Helena.
The casket will be open at the funeral home until 12:30 PM Wednesday and will not be open at the church service.
Unruh died Sunday night in his home in Goltry. He was born November 23, 1947, at Enid. He graduated from Covington High School and later served four years in the United States Navy.
Unruh was employed by the Great Lakes Carbon Company near Kremlin.
He is survived by a daughter Frankie Sue Unruh of Willington, California; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Unruh of Goltry; eight sisters, Mrs. Claude (Evelyn) Lozier, Enid, Mrs. Larry (Alice) Miller, Vinita, Mrs. James (Lois) Grimshaw, Bossie City, Louisiana, Mrs. Don (Anita) Hatfield, Oklahoma City, Mrs. David (Zella) Schaffner, Enid, Mrs. Terry (Naomi) Cain, Hennessy, Mrs. Kelven (Carol) Mercer, Enid; Teresa Unruh, Goltry; four brothers, Keith Unruh of Enid, Clifford Unruh, stationed with the Armed Forces in South Carolina and Randy Unruh, stationed in Hawaii, Eric Unruh of Goltry.
