The funeral for Frances Rosella Conyers Page, 93, of Goltry, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009, at Goltry Congregational UCC. The Rev. Jane Ho will officiate. Burial will be Karoma Cemetery, east of Goltry. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc. of Helena. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, and before the service at the church.
She was born Nov. 12, 1915, in Knowles to John Earl and Verla Tharp Conyers and died Friday, Jan. 23, 2009, at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital.
She graduated from Goltry High School in 1932. She married Orville Oren Page Oct. 7, 1934.
She worked as a cook for Goltry schools several years. She also worked as business office manager for Mont-gomery Ward in Enid and Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and retired in Oklahoma City in 1973. She returned to Goltry and sold Avon.
She was a member of Goltry Christian Church, American Legion Auxiliary, Lock Lomand Club, MWG Club, Bridge Club and Senior Citizens.
Surviving are one daughter, Julia Ann King of Glendora, Calif.; two sons, Terry Page of Goltry and Mickey Page of Laverne, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Karoma Cemetery Association.
