A private family burial for LaVera Johnson, 86, of Loveland, Colo., formerly of Goltry, will be in Karoma Cemetery, east of Goltry. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Helena. Viewing and visitation with the family will be 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1921, in Goltry to Fred and Sophina Wedel and died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007.

She lived in Goltry before moving to Loveland in 1980. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are three sons, Keith Johnson and Kirby Johnson, both of Loveland, and Klay Johnson of Baton Rouge, La.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters and one brother.
