Randy was born January 4, 1945 to Albert Buller and Sadie Penner Buller on the farm near Goltry. He passed away on June 3, 2018 in Enid. Randy graduated from high school in 1963 and served in the U. S. Army Reserves from 1967 to 1973. Randy lived in the Goltry area all his life where he attended the Community Bible Church. He worked at Schmidt Storm Shelters. Randy loved his Grand Ole Opry and his dog, Lily.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Rose and three brothers, Dewayne, Albert Lee and Delano.
He is survived by his nephew, Doug Buller and wife, Dianna; niece, Andrea Hargett and husband, Delwin; sister-in-law, Gloria Buller and great niece, Rebecca Buller.
Memorials may be made to Community Bible Church or Goltry Fire Department through the funeral home.
