Albert Lee Buller
A graveside service for Albert Lee Buller, 78, of Goltry, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008, in Karoma Cemetery, southeast of Goltry, with Thurman Sparks and Brian Baldwin, pastors, officiating. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc. of Helena. The casket will be open at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday with the family present from 6-8 p.m. Online condolences may be shared with the familyi at www.lanmanmemorials.com.
Albert Lee was born Nov. 28, 1929, in Goltry to Albert Jay Buller and Sadie Penner Buller and went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, at Greenbrier Nursing Home in Enid after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
He attended grade school at Pleasant Ridge, southwest of Goltry, and graduated from Helena High School in 1949. He served in the Korean War from 1952 to 1954. On June 28, 1957, he married Glorida Unruh at the Zoar Mennonite Church in Goltry. They were blessed with 51 years together. He attended Victory Bible Church in Enid. He loved farming the land and raising cattle. He workd many years with Schmidt Storm Shelters and Red Carpet Landfill.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; one son, Douglas Buller and wife, Dianna of Goltry; one daughter, Andrea Hargett and husband, Delwin of Pratt, Kan.; one graddaughter, Rebecca Buller of Goltry; two brothers, Delano Buller and Randy Buller of Goltry; mother-in-law, Josie Unruh of Meno; sister-in-law, June Unruh of Meno; several cousins and many friends.
Albert Lee was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Mary Rose, and one brother, Dwayne.
