A celebration of life for Nevaleen "Joyce" Becker, 88, of Enid, will be 10:00a.m., Friday, July 12, 2019 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home with Rev Ted Kuschel officiating. Burial will follow Karoma Cemetery, Goltry, OK. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Nevaleen "Joyce" Becker was born on July 31, 1930 to Dan and Lena Belle Smith and passed away July 9, 2019 in Enid, OK. Joyce graduated from Enid High School in 1949. Joyce married the love of her life Arlo Becker at the Bible Baptist Church in Enid in 1950. After they were married, Joyce and Arlo moved to Detroit, MI for five years. After their time in Detroit they moved back to Enid, where she flourished in the real estate business for many years.
Joyce is survived by her husband of 69 years, Arlo Becker; her son, Timothy Becker and daughter-in-love, Becky of Beaver, OK.; three sisters, Beverly Belz, Nola Noll, and Carolyn Kellet; her granddaughter Erin Rebekah Nickell and her husband Clint, her grandson, Samuel Sebastian Becker; numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by other relatives, colleagues, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Dan and Lena Belle Smith; her son, Jon David Becker; her brother, Daniel Lee Smith and wife Erna; her sister, Norma Hornbeek and husband, Howard; her two grandsons, Andrew James Becker and Jameson Timothy Becker.
Memorials can be made to Panhandle Services for Children with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds. Condolences may be made and services viewed at www.ladusauevans.com.
