MATILDA A. 'TILLIE' WALKER
The funeral for Matilda A. "Tillie" Walker, 79, of Helena, OK. will be 2 p.m. Friday at Timberlake School Auditorium in Helena. The Rev. Jay Drawbridge will officiate. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Oct. 22, 1925, in Conway Springs, KS., to John and Caroline Callaway Harrison and died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004, at Highland Park Manor in Enid, OK.
She graduated from Enid, High School and worked as a bookkeeper. She married Gene "Toby" Walker April 9, 1948.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Helena, where she was church treasurer and Sunday school teacher and on the administrative board. She also helped start Enid Opportunities School.
Surviving are one son, Ray Gene "Toby" Walker of Helena, OK.; one daughter, Joyce Ann Hassler of Greensburg, IN.; two sisters, Letha McGuire and Wanda Hyland, both of Enid, OK.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol, and one brother.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Christian Church Building or The Gideons.

Helena, OK. -- The funeral for Eugene "Toby" E. Walker, 79, will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Timberlake High School Auditorium, Helena. The Rev. Jay Drawbridge will officiate. He was born April 9, 1925, in Helena, OK. to Walter E. and Orleva Heck Walker and died Friday, May 21, 2004, in Enid, OK.
He graduated from Helena High School. On April 11, 1948, he married Matilda "Tillie" Harrison. They made their home in Helena, where he farmed. He served with the Army Air Corps during World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Tillie of the home; one son, Ray Gene "Toby" Walker of Helena, OK.; one daughter, Joyce Hassler of Greensburg, IN.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol.
Memorials may be made to First Christian Church of Helena, with the funeral home acting as custodian of the fund, or the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan with cards available at the funeral home and the funeral service.
