Helena--The funeral for Patricia Ann Thomas, 69, will be 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church, Seminole, Tx. The rev. Floyd Haddock will officiate. The casket will be open at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Good Hope Cemetery, near Helena, Ok. Arrangements are by Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole. Tex. Graveside service and visitation are under the direction of the Lanman FuneralHome, Inc..
She was born April 8, 1934 to Henry (Hank) and Edna Gibson DeWitt at Helenaand died Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at Covenant Medical Center, Lubbock, Tex. after an illness.
She married H. C. "Dick" Thomas June 8, 1953 at Helena. She had lived in Seminole since 1971 having moved from Helena. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Eastern Star, Hospital Auxiliary at Memorial Hospital at Seminole, Seminole Study and Garden Club, Llano Estacado Porcelain Club, and served with meals on wheels. She was a homemaker and had worked forHelena National Bank as a teller for many years.
Surviving are her husband Dick, of Seminole, Tx.; one son, Clay Thomas of Dallas; two daughters, Liz Thomas and Sandra Wall of Irving, Tx.; three grandchildren;and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research, Arthritis Division throughLanman Funeral Home, Inc.
