Edmond, OK. - The funeral for Edith Rollmann, 88, former Helena, OK. resident, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Helena Church of Christ. Paul Story will officiate. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. The casket will be open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, and Monday following the service. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Helena.
She was born Sept. 24, 1913, in Shelbina, MO., to Frank and Nannie Drye McGlasson and died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2001, at Grace Living Center in Edmond, OK.
She graduated from Shawnee High School and married Oscar Rollmann April 01, 1934. They lived in the Aline, OK. area during their early married years and moved to a farm south of Helena. She owned and operated a cafe in Helena. In 1989, they moved to Bethany, OK., then to Oklahoma City, OK. She became a resident of Grace Living Center in 1999. She was a member of Helena Church of Christ.
Surviving are one son, Jay Dee of Oklahoma City, OK.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, in 1993, four sisters and four brothers.
