Good Hope Cemetery


Funeral service for Ernest Eugene Rexroat, 72, will be Saturday, October 9, 2004 at Timberlake High School Auditorium in Helena at 10 a.m. with Rev. Jay Drawbridge officiating. Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery with military rites by Kennedy American Legion Post # 340 of Ames with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Visitation will be Friday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Condolences may be shared with the family online at http://www.lanmanfuneralhomes.com/.

Ernest is survived by one son, Keith Rexroat and wife, Denise of Bartlett, Tenn.; two daughters, Bartbara Rexroat of Aline and Marilyn Rexroat of Sikeston, Mo.; one grandson, Matthew Rexroat and wife, Andrea Sue of Millington, Tenn.; one granddaughter, Andrea Renea Rexroat of Bartlett, Tenn.; the mother of his children, Joyce Rexroat of Ringwood; his fiance, Rosalie Penquite of Helena; his brother Kenneth Rexroat and wife, Nadine of Enid and his sister, Loretta Ball of Enid and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Helena Church of Christ, the Oklahoma Heart Association or the charity of the donor's choice through the funeral home.
