HELENA - The funeral for Everett T. Crissup, 85, who died Friday at Bass Baptist Hospital, Enid, will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Helena First Baptist Church. The Rev. Andy Jobe will officiate. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery, near Helena, under the direction of Kenny Lanman Funerl Home.
He was born Dec. 23, 1905, in what is now Major County, to Frank O. and Mary E. Freel Crissup. He attended Barney School. On Oct. 3, 1927, he married Susie Campbell. He was a cattleman, farmer and dirt contractor and had lived in the Helena area since 1930. He was a member of Helena Baptist Church.
Suriviving are four sons, Clarence A. and Gary L., both of Helena, E. Dwayne of Oklahoma City and Jack R. of Tulsa; one sister, Velva Gould of Goodrich, Texas; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife in 1987, one brother and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
