The general public knew him as fabrication technician, recent college graduate, charismatic football coach and wonderful friend. The family knew him as a great athletic, loving father and dedicated partner.

Mark Dotterer dedicated his time to providing a nurturing home for five beautiful children and their loving mother. always giving of himself, never selfish, he lived to provide memorable moments for the young children who meant so much in his life.

His contagious smile and silly antics promoted a wide range of humorous activites. He and Lori were in the process of writing children's books.

A recent graduate of Oklahoma Westylan University, Mark was proud that he completed his bachelor's degree as n non-traditional student, while working full-time, coaching, and providing a loving home for two sons and three daughters.

The owner of a T-shirt company with his co-owner, Baron, Mark loved designing T-shirt logos and sharing them with friends and family. A proud OU and Dallas Cowboy fan, he could be found "raising the roof" with the competitive spirit of brotherly OSU vs. OU rivalry.

Mark, who attended Cherokee High School, ran track and loved time on the farm with his grandparents in Lambert. A Navy veteran, he was a second degree black belt in Tae Kwan-do and a brown belt in Juigito.

Mark loved camping with his family and was a very strong, generous brother. A proud uncle, the time spent with his niece and nephews will be cherished forever.

He is survived by his mother, Carol Ann (Skidmore) Dotterer and siblings Tim Dotterer and Angela Koehn and husband Brian Koehn all of Noble, Gary Dotterer of Oologah, family friend Earlene Washburn of Claremore, finance' Lori O'Rourk and children Baron, Rocky, Lyndsay, Kaci and Kylie.
