October 10, 1964 - July 19, 2023
James was born October 10, 1964 to Harold James Tracy and Linda Pearl Sanders Tracy and passed from this life at Oklahoma VA Hospital on July 19, 2023.
He served in the United States Army, joining on February 10, 1983 and was discharged on February 20, 1986. He loved welding and worked as a welder for fourteen years. He loved playing PS4 and PS5 games with his buddies and really enjoyed his time with his friends online.
On November 21, 2003 he met and married the love of his life, Debbie K. Stephens. To this marriage, no children were born, but four stepchildren were added to his family: Sarah Beth Jones, Frankie Paul Roberts Jr., Catelyn Leigh Powell, and Christian James Lee Powell; seven grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Savanna J Weymouth, Johnathon Levi Weymouth, Bryer Curl, Kevin Stephens, and many more.
He had two amazing dogs, Rex Tracy passed at fourteen years old, and Gronk Tracy is still with us today.
He would always introduce his best friend, Scott Snider to everyone he met, and in the hospitals, he would introduce Scott to all of his Dr's as "this is my best friend, Scott Snider."
He is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, and his parents, Harold and Linda Tracy.
Tracy is survived by his wife, Debbie.
