Services for Mary Etta West Redfern Broomfield Paige will be held 2:00pm, Thursday, April 28, 2022 in the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Les Claborn officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Mary was born January 24, 1937 in Alva, Oklahoma to Eddie and Edith (Wilkinson) West and passed away April 17, 2022. She married Clarence Paige on June 5, 1976 in Cherokee. They lived in Greeley, Colorado, and moved back to Oklahoma in 1990. Mary was a housewife, and loved taking care of her family. She was a very strong-willed woman. Mary enjoyed knitting and crocheting afgans, and word searches. She travelled with her husband on the road when he was driving trucks cross country.
Mary is survived by her husband, Clarence Paige; children, Pamela Fiscus and husband John of Waynoka, Timmy from Sayre and Shannon Bloomfield and wife Traci from Enid, and Jack Dupey from White Deer, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Clara Margaret Reed; numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; children, Kelley, Gailen and Yolanda; 4 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 grandson, Micah John.
Memorial donations may be made to OMRF- cancer division with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
