Cherokee Municipal Cemetery


Funeral services for Hazel M. Moore, 85, who died March 23 in Cherokee, were at 10:30 AM Wednesday, at St. Cornelius Church with father Devlin officiating. Recitation of Rosary was at 7 PM Tuesday at the Fisher Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in Cherokee Municipal Cemetery.

She was born April 5, 1901, to Arthur and Katie Simmons Meunier in Woodward. She married E.L. (Buck) Moore March 15, 1939, in Woodward. He died June 13, 1980.

They lived in Cherokee where she was a clerical worker at the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service. She was a member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church and the Ladies Altar Society.
