Enid – Funeral services for Clifton Earl Metcalf, 80, were at 10:30 AM Wednesday, October 2, at the United Methodist Church in Jet with the Rev. Tom McElroy officiating. Burial was in Cherokee Municipal Cemetery directed by Fisher Funeral Home Inc. He died September 30, 1991, in Enid.

He was born June 28, 1911, in the Timberlake community near Helena to Emery L. and Jessie Emily Lemmon Metcalf. He graduated from Jet High School and lived his entire life in the Jet area. He married Francis Mason in July, 1936. He was a retired farmer and stockman and a member of United Methodist Church, Jet.
