Carmen Cemetery
The funeral for Eva Mae Hagen, 76, of Carmen, will be 2 p.m. today at United Methodist Church in Carmen. The Rev. Bonnie Fay Batman will officiate. Burial will be in Carmen City Cemetery. Arrangements are by Went-worth Mortuary of Carmen.
She was born Oct. 10, 1930, in Helena to Authur and Mildred Sommerson Murray and died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, in Enid.
She grew up in Helena, graduating from Helena High School. She married Oliver Hagen Jan. 20, 1956. They made their home on a farm east of Carmen. She was a member of United Methodist Church of Carmen where she taught Sunday school, helped in the nursery and was church treasurer. He died March 18, 1999. She stayed on the farm.
Surviving are two daughters, Sue Kassik of Yukon and Linda Payne of Enid; her mother, Mildred Murray of Helena; three sisters, Erma Boston and Cathy Meyer, both of Helena, and Anna Horn of Stillwater; one brother, Harold Murray of Yukon; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver.
Memorials may be made to Carmen United Methodist Church.
