The funeral for Jean Ann Brotzman, 53, of Carmen, will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 2009, at Wentworth Chapel, Carmen. The Rev. John Bizzell will officiate. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Carmen City Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wentworth Mortuary, LLC, Carmen.

She was born July 27, 1956, in Dubuque, Iowa, to LaVonne Mae Lisk and Lloyd Clarence Brotzman and died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009, in Cherokee.

She was a graduate of Lakeland High School, Elkhorn, Wis. She lived in Wisconsin prior to moving to Carmen six years ago.

Surviving are three daughters, Marie Lawler of Portage, Wis., Sue Fleegel of Fox Lake, Wis., and Deniese Fleegel of Beaver Dam, Wis.; five brothers, Robert Brotzman, Dennis Brotzman, Timothy Brotzman and Dale Brotzman, all of Wisconsin, and Lloyd Brotzman Jr. of Illinois; three sisters, Shirley Trewyn and Sally Ramirez, both of Wisconsin, and Nancy Pearson of Louisiana; her companion, Phillip Gregg of Carmen; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, one brother and two sisters.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Carmen First Responders.
