June 19, 2003 - June 23, 2003

Trace Isaac Baker was born June 19, 2003, in Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in Yukon and departed this life at his home on June 23, 2003, at four days of age.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Elizabeth Chadick.

Trace is survived by his parents, Christopher and Cynthia; one sister, Trinity Baker; his grandparents, Michelle Shelite of Oklahoma City, Russell Murrow of Alva, and Terry and Cindy Baker of Carmen; his great grandparents, Joyce Oakes of Alva, Chester and Darlene Shelite of Waynoka, Bill and Ora Mae Baker of Orienta, and Warren Chadick of Edmond, Oklahoma; and other relatives.
