CARMEN, OK — Visitation and viewing for Thomas Arnold, 60, of Carmen, will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. A private family graveside service will be at a later date in the Carmen Cemetery.
Thomas was born Sept. 16, 1953, in Enid to Frank and Viola Jones Arnold and died on March 7, 2014, in Enid.
He grew up in Enid and attended Philips University. On Aug.13, 1993, he married Kathleen Rogers.
Tom worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed reading, poetry, motorcycles and playing chess.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen; parents; and sister, Margaret Zaemba.
He is survived by his children, Melissa Prouty of Carmen, Charles Rogers of Enid, Daniel Arnold of Cherokee, and William Arnold of Carmen; eight grandchildren, Payton, Annika, Zoey, Chandler, Malakai and Grayson Arnold, Dylan Prouty and Holly Rogers; two brothers, James and Mike Arnold; two sisters, Alice Myers and Janice Webb.
