ENID - The funeral for Charlotte Ann Ludeman, 81, of Amorita, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at Lanman Funeral Home Chapel, Cherokee. Pastor Gib Clark will officiate. Burial will be in Byron-Amorita Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to service time Saturday.

She was born Nov. 25, 1928, in Cherokee to Jerry Michael and Mary Elizabeth Lee DeGrange and died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, in Clearwater, Kan.

She lived all her life in Amorita. She taught piano lessons.

She married Earl Franklin Ludeman in February 1947. They were lifelong farmers in the area. She was a member of Driftwood Christian Church and Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a Den Mother for the Scouts and maintained the tennis court.

Surviving are four children, Lucinda J. Culver of Wichita, Kan., Eric E. Ludeman of Tulsa, Allan L. Ludeman of Enid and Mary L. Gray of Watkinsville, Ga.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, and one sister.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Byron-Amorita Cemetery Association, Byron-Amorita Fire and Rescue or Amorita Community Building.
