Pheobe Rosalee Clepper
Pheobe Rosalee Clepper, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, January 1st, 2013 at Fairfax Memorial Hospital in Fairfax, Oklahoma.
Rosalee was born on February 21, 1921 in Byron, Oklahoma, the daughter of Frank Beadman and Arzella Zelma (McIntire) Beadman. On December 20, 1939, she married Forest Ray Clepper in Enid, Oklahoma. The couple moved to Burbank, Oklahoma in 1974, and in 1995, Rosalee moved to Fairfax.
Rosalee was a member of the Nazarene Church. Her enjoyments included quilting and embroidery, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Tommy Clepper, of Denison, Texas; daughter, Nadola Sterling of Fairfax, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Kevin Sterling, Evan Ratcliff, Tony Clepper, Doug Clepper, Alan Clepper, and Amanda Barnett; six great grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Donna Jean Ratcliff; son, Larry Clepper, and granddaughter, Karen Sterling.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home Chapel, in Fairfax, Oklahoma, with George Weston, Pastor officiating. Casket bearers will be Alan Clepper, Evan Ratcliff, Tyler Ratcliff, Jeffrey Dilbeck, Kevin Sterling, and Russell Dilbeck. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Byron, Oklahoma.
