Laura Myrantha Tanner
Funeral services for Laura Myrantha Tanner will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2009, at the Driftwood Christian Church with Rev. Dave Atzenweiler officiating. Burial will follow in the Apostolic Christian Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.
Laura was born January 15, 1917, at Guion, Arkansas, to Samuel David and Della (Fulks) Hester, and died January 19, 2009, at Share Convalescent Center in Alva at the age of 92 years and 4 days.
She was preceded in death by her parents, eleven brothers and sisters. Survivors include her husband, Ralph; two sons; five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

ENID, Okla. — Graveside service for Ralph Arthur Tanner, 103, will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013, in Apostolic Christian Cemetery. Arrangements by Marshall Funeral Home, Alva.

Ralph was born Nov. 3, 1909, on a farm near Burlington, Okla., and passed away Monday, May 27, 2013, in Alva, Okla.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Laura; two brothers, Floyd and Elmer; and one sister, Dorothy.

Ralph is survived by two sons, Richard and Frank; one brother, Leonard; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
