Oak Preston Rose services today

Aline – Services for Oak Preston Rose, 86, who died Monday after a long illness, will be conducted today at 2 PM at the Aline Methodist Church.

Rev. Eddie Kidd and Rev. Bill Williams will officiate with burial to follow in the Eastern Star Cemetery at Aline under direction of the Wentworth Mortuary, Carmen.

He was born August 31, 1881, in Ohio. He was a member of the Aline IOOF and was a retired blacksmith.

Survivors include his widow, Etta, of the home, one daughter, Mrs. H. E. Harmon, Claremore; one sister, Mrs. Bell Winslow, Waynoka; one brother, John Rose, Ft. Worth, Texas; two grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
